REQUIRED ONBOARDING

Please complete the following steps, as they are a required part of your onboarding process. If you are on a Family Plan, each member must complete these steps individually, details for which will be sent to each member’s provided email addresses.

1. WATCH AND ACKNOWLEDGE THE VIDEO BELOW

Please acknowledge that you have watched the video below, where our owner and founder, Attorney Marc J. Victor, provides a detailed explanation of our Fee Agreement. If you have further questions regarding the Fee Agreement you may contact an AOR team member or select the option below to request a 15-minute call with one of our attorneys. The purpose of this call is specifically to answer any remaining questions about the Fee Agreement only.

2. REVIEW AND SIGN FEE AGREEMENT

You should have received an email with a copy of our Fee Agreement for your electronic review and signature through SignRequest. Please review this document carefully and inform us via the process outlined above if you have any further questions. If you have not yet received this email, please contact an AOR team member.

3. LOGIN TO PORTAL

About 30 minutes to an hour after you sign the Fee Agreement via SignRequest, you will receive an email with your secure online portal login. You will have a temporary password to use for your first login, please be sure to go to your Account Settings to update your password to something unique.
